First step: chose the software package and the type of marine chart that you wish to order.
Two packages are available:- Package 1: MaxSea Time Zero Navigator + free NOAA charts of the US coast
- Package 2: MaxSea Time Zero Navigator + a marine chart area to choose from the MapMedia catalogue (worldwide coverage available in Vector or Raster formats and different sizes like Wide or Mega wide)
Second step: view available nautical charts for the package you’ve selected and/or modify the choice criteria get more relevant results.
The left hand side of the MapMedia catalogue is displayed several search criteria to select your chart and the right hand side shows the coverage results on the map that matches your needs.
Pan and zoom on the map to precisely identify your navigation area and click on the button “Display available charts”.
Once you have selected the nautical chart that matches your needs, click on the scrollable list on the left hand side or just click on the chart area displayed on the map itself to confirm your choice.
To redefine your selection criteria of the nautical charts, you can modify them by clicking back on “Select your charts” or "New Search" in the end of the list.
Final step: finalize your order
Once you have finished your selection, check the "terms and conditions" after having read and click on “Continue my order” to place your order and go to your cart.
The cart will be displayed only if you are identified:
- if you are not a customer yet, you are asked to fill out a registration form.
- if you already are a customer, you are asked to log in with your username and password.
The cart will sum up the product(s) you wish to purchase (title, version, quantity and value), allowing you add or delete products (modules or additional charts).
When deleting a product your will be redirected to the Homepage.
Once the form completed, you will be signed in and will be redirected to the cart. Then confirm your purchase and choose your method of payment on PayPal. Payment is fully secured as you pass in secure mode (SLL).
